You know, I know a lot of us like MH, but really, this will only effect PSV sales in Asia, not so much the west, so if people really want the new MH, just get a 3DS. Nintendo is actually working on making the series more popular in the west and they are doing a better job than Capcom or SONY in recent years so I don't see this as a bad thing. The 3DS is not even that expensive now, you can always pick it up a year or 2 after you buy the Vita.

The Sony fandom still needs to learn the lesson that no franchise is fixed and permanent. Monster Hunter is hopefully the last franchise where we'll have to go through this "but why not PS/PS Exclusive?!?" line...

If Ninty and capcom gets reeeeaaaaally close, expect a monster hunter cartoon near you to promote the game in the west.

Looks like they are also interested in the 3d  aspect of the hendheld as well.
