After watching the videos, I'm even more hyped for this game. Gameplay looks solid, the environments and atmosphere look amazing, and the game just looks much more polished (inventory menus, animations, level-up menus, etc).

I can't wait to play this!

I am hoping for a 90% Meta and 2 million combined sales on PS360. Dark Souls is my second most anticipated game by far.

Once you die in Demon Soul's you will have to start from the beginning of the level and try to make it back to the place where you died. If you die on your way there, you lose all your collected souls. That can be pretty frustrating.

In Dark Souls there are respawn points called bonfires. Depending on the amount of bonfires you find on your way it may be less frustrating to die in Dark Souls. 

I don't know why, Demon Soul's is my 2nd favorite PS3 Game.

But, I'm just not that excited. (I was excited for demon soul's for some reason, and bought it day 1 O_o).
Maybe that will change. And hopefully that will change if it ends up being better than DS.

I don't really care about JPN review scores, Fmaitsu could give this game a 40 and it wouldn't mean much, I'll wait for more trustworthy western/european reviews.

I kind of agree with you because Famitsu can be very questionable sometimes and I also can't wait to see reviews from IGN or gamespot.

Either way though based on the demos it looks so much more polished and cleaner, thus making me much more excited!
