I'm not Japanese but those 3G prices look outrageous.

vita 3G will be a pre-paid data plan up to 20-100hrs, in Japan at least.

Japanese data plan is around $10 and $50 for 20 hour and 100 hour plan, respectively. Seems like it will only be a prepaid data plan for Japan at least. For the 3G plan, I should mention.

How bad? ( I can't watch the stream with the college internet...)

IMO 3G Vita will be destined to be the PSP Go.

20 hour plan, for 980 Yen. 4980 Yen for 100 hour prepaid data plan. (10-50 bucks, a little bit more because USD sucks).
