Has Inside Out not opened in many markets outside of North America? It's international numbers seem really low.

Tiffany! Sorry just saw your picture.

Anyway nope, it's showing in 43 territories so far and has yet to open in UK, Germany, Spain, Japan, China and some other markets.

Even though box office mojo hasn't added any movies to the category yet JW is now the fastest movie to make it to $500 million dollars domestically it did it in 24 days.

$550 million* not $500 million. It passed the $500m mark in 17 days.

Oops yeah I meant to say $550.  I'm thinking they will add the fastest to $550 category once a couple more movies make to that mark pretty fast.

Domestically it has a very good chance of making more then Titanic (just a bit more then $100 million to go).  It just is not going to make as much as Titanic overseas and world wide.  The next Star Wars has a chance to make more then Titanic since it will not have a lot of other competion during its theatrical run.

Quite the opposite.

So, you think it will gross a $100M over the next few weeks?

SW overtaking Titanic isn't happening either.

Let's see it will easily make at least $40 million more by next Monday and making another $60 million in its remaing theatrical run which should be at least another 90 days shouldn't be to hard either.  Mininions will knock it off its top spot this weekend but I don't think Ant-Man will be a huge hit so its not going to hurt JW legs too much.  It will not drop below $1 million a day until early next month after Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation comes out.  It should at least make another $80 million by the end of the month.  Making another $20 million in next two to three month after that shouldn't be too hard either.  As a matter of fact I can see JW getting a decent boost in its domestic box office from its discount theater run.  I'm pretty sure the majority of discount theaters will run it on two screens.

It just did over $30M this weekend,  beating the first Avengers is an absolute lock at this point. Afterwards, it will crawl itself closer and closer to Titanic's gross, eventually passing it.
