The wolverine will make around 55 million this weekend (domestic). Compare that with Man of Steel's 128 million opening weekend, and Iron Man 3's 174 million opening weekend

Days of Future Past will put the franchise back on the map.

The Conjuring is a mighty beast with that sub-50% drop... incredible for a horror movie.

The Conjuring might even end up above The Wolverine's total dom. gross ... holy shit.

Fruitvale Station did pretty good especially since its not a makes you feel good kinda movie and on top of that it only had a budget of $900,000.

So Monster's University has out-grossed Monster's Inc?

Nice, that's all I wanted.

Why? Do you have something against the original classic? Did you really like this one more?

What about Turbo, Smurfs 2, or DM2? DO you not care about those movies?

I liked the first more, but I wanted this one to improve on the other in the Box-office. Why not?

I haven't seen any of them, but I don't really care for Turbo. Smurfs 2 wasn't needed at all. (Reviews side with me for this one. Horrible score.) And DM2 is just meh for me, not very positive or negative about it.

I also enjoyed the first smurf. It was a OK movie. Not really bad but also not really great either. I will watch smurfs 2 on homecinema with my 3d TV.
