What are you talking about ? It has already beaten Returns

They are up-to-date,sooner or later. You can definitely rely on the foreign grosses they have for movies which aren't in theaters anymore. For actual movies,it's trickier.

World wide. It has only beaten it in America. But looking at it again it should do it easily. Returns did terrible.

Man of Steel has a slow staged release overseas you have to wait at least two more weeks to get a somewhat clear picture of its overseas numbers.  Even if has very weak legs it will easily make at least $100 million dollars more then Superman Returns.  I just saw that wikipedia has Man of Steel at at $398.3 million world wide alreay so ax what I just said earlier even with weak legs it will make at least $200 million dollars more then Superman Returns now which is good new since according to some sources it also has a smaller budget then Superman Returns.

Was Iron Man 3 attached with Monsters University this weekend?
Down only 26% while losing over 700 theaters doesn't add up.

Was hoping for superman to get over $50m. It would have been first weekend ever to have three films make over $50m.

Well if the good start in Australia is any indication then Despicable Me 2 will make a boatload of money world wide. It was released on the 20th there same time as Monsters University and so far it made $6.4 million compared to Monsters $3.5 million.

Never watched the first one but going to watch it eventually it has pretty good scores all around 7.6 on imdb 72/100 critic score on meta and 81% fresh on rotten tomatoes.

White House Down did terrible it barely made over $25 million. Man of Steel is over $500 million now I think it has a good change of getting over $700 million now.
