I don't see anything wrong with it. Culturally a lot of nations will find this behavior outlandish, but throwing cultural political correctness aside, I don't really see what's wrong with it.

What I find more interesting is the discrepancy between males and females in this scenario. Does society automatically assume that teenage males are more mature than females, and can handle themselves better?

Or is it the fact that since the woman will be the one getting pregnant, it's more devastating if it's a young teenager whereas in this case, it's the adult female who will be bearing that child? But even in this case, the little boy will be screwed for support and other things....

I know there's an answer somewhere, but I can't think of it right now. Anyone else have ideas?

You dont need to be crazy in order to consult a psychologist. Prison are made to protect the society, its a last resort solution. It cost more then therapy and doesnt help the person function in society. While I dont agree her act is a normal way to function in society, she didnt rape or abuse of him either. Lets start by trying to help her before putting her in prison. Its better for everyone.

Had they lived closer, she would've probably raped him. She's a danger to society, and will probably abuse many small childre nif she isn't stopped.
