By Japanese do you mean games made by Japanese teams, or Kinect titles releasing in Japan? I figure its the former rather than the latter because the 360 is supposedly getting discontinued in Japan.

In terms of Star  Wars I am skeptical if the game will ever release. If it does, I think it will be a glitched mess stealth released in May/June before E3.

As for those games, the biggest potential lies in Dance Central 2 and 'Disney'. Advertising is going to be especially important for DC2 and KS2.

I think the delay is a good thing for gamers since the E3 demo made me want to kill babies, maybe they'll make it a worthy addition with the delay, we'll find out, eventually.

Geez, so now its gonna go from selling 1,500 untis a week to ~1,000? Every extra dollar counts I guess, but if that is the case, Japanese game development should have been PS3-centric for tha past 3 years, with some 360 downporting if necessary.

Advertising is MS' bread and butter; they have done it better than the competition this generation so its clutch time now.

Well considering they make a profit with every unit sold and have an high attach rate it is a little more than a few dollars.  Steel Battelion/project Draco(New panzer Dragoon) could sell some units I guess.

Hmm a pretty big hit to the 360's holiday lineup. The console and game would'ver seriously pushed some hardware especially in the 10 - 16 year olds like Seece said.

Without a price cut the 360 stands no chance of outselling PS3 WW this year IMO. They'll still win NA even with PS3's price cut but WW there's just no way I can see it happening.

I think it's a good thing it's being delayed. For one the Holiday is way to packed this year. Two, from what I've seen of the game it looks like it could use some more polishing and tweaking. There is still plenty of kinect games releasing this holiday. It's not like I was going to get the game this holiday, but if they can fix some of the issues it has I might actually consider it.
