You can recover from the Microsoft parties for all claims only direct damages up to a total, aggregate amount equal to your Service fee for one month. You cannot recover any other damages, including consequential, lost profits, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

This guy claimed $0 in liability. He claimed $500 billion in fees. Very big difference, legally.

Regardless, wasting court time should be a misdemeanor, this is just stupid.

He's claiming $500 billion in damages and that is covered under the limited liability clause.

i'm not about to go through the service agreement, but isn't the "change contract" clause usually in the format of "MS can change the contract by..." and not either party can?
