The PS3 version shipped with improved graphics and loading times, as well as the knights of the nine expansion. Id take that over achievements any day.

As for improved graphics, I've played on my computer that was good two years ago, 360, and PS3 (don't own that one though) and while the PS3 and 360 version look better than my PC version with the settings turned down, they both look pretty much the same.
