well alot of people do. We've become so lazy as a society,that even talking to people on the phone are face to face has become to much effort. it's sad really.

You're using facebook wrong.

The wall/news feed section of it is complete bullshit, ignore it.

But it is still the most efficient way to organise an event, and it is a fairly good photo sharing method. I use my facebook account just for those two things, and occasionally to message someone if I don't know their email address/phone number.

Facebook was a tool that gave me confidence in being more social. Before then I was a complete taciturn. I guess that's just me.

Just delete your account. Not very hard. You're too lazy, or do you enjoy complaining about the 'complainers' on your Facebook. Since you deleted 98% of your friends list, I'm guessing you won't have to listen to any more people complaining. But that is irrelevant considering it sounds like you won't even be using your Facebook anymore. Here is some advice, delete your Facebook account it will take you 15 seconds, literally. The thing is, you don't want to delete your account. You enjoy reading the posts, you enjoy the social aspect, and you enjoy being able to complain about the complainers. Man up. Or shut up.
