For a limited time, Newegg is offering big discounts to four of the biggest games coming out this fall. The online retailer is reducing the price of Gears of Wars 3 and Forza Motorsport 4 by 25% to $44.99. They are also slashing Rage and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception by 20% to $47.99. To get these discounts, you have to enter a corresponding promo code based on what games or versions (in the case of Rage) you are getting during the checkout process. Those are some great deals. I already have Gears 3 pre-ordered at Gamestop and I was planning on going to the midnight launch. Cheaper price or Midnight launch?? So hard to choose!!!

nice gears of war 3 preorders are about 1.25 million in americas and ~650k in eemea i believe...they should be up to 2.7 million total before launch. gears 3 will sell 3.2 million week one. mark my words!

ioi said america preorders ahould be about 65% for a gears game. if you do the math it should be arounf 600k. and when the beta ended, if you did the math, it was atleast 400k preorders in eemea
