I can vouch for Ghost in the Shell. It's cyberpunk, but different from most cyberpunk types, very philosophical at times, though not so much that it gets its head stuck up its own ass

In short, quite satisfying

I don't remember, I used to watch a lot of anime when I was a kid, but I'm not sure anymore.
I remember my favorite was one about Zodiac and the main guys were a green dude, a red dude and a pink chain dude who had a Phoenix immortal brother. (Could someone help me name it? )

Ok they are movies and not TV shows but I can't honestly compare any Miyazaki movie to a standard tv anime and say that miyazaki doesn't come out on top so my top 5 would be 5 Miyazaki movies........


No offense but OMFG Princess Mononoke was such a draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggg. I fell asleep trying to watch that utter crap. I would much rather sit through that stupid Bleach filler that took place after the Kouga story. Heck I would rather watch Narutard...err Naruto. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and good to see that guy has his following, but Princess Mononoke was utter garbage. Spirited Away was good stuff, and Akira is automatic classic status (any anime lover that hasn't seen it should shoot themselves right now).

Funny enough I have had this tag since before Naruto even came into existence. We are talking roughly around when I was around 8 or 9 playing dice and paper rpg's with my older brother (I was born in 1981). His tag was Fox, and I was in a sense his opposite therefore having the name Demonfox. It wasn't until around the time Counter Strike first came out when I added the 13 at the end for Demonfox13. As a variation I sometimes use OniKitsune in rpg's and such.

I recommend both of the first, and I can't say the same to the last. I didn't find Yu Yu Hakusho fun or entertaining at all, while I enjoyed both Champloo and Baccano quite a bit.
