Well, one group of extreme islamists did say they did it (they took that back later) and other groups have celebrated the attacks and expressed their full support, so there's a reason for people suspecting muslims.

Actually, it does sound a lot like progressive ideology ... Or do you dispute that progressive individuals are highly critical of the (so-called) "Rich" and want to re-distribute their wealth (decadence), or even retain some level of support for eugenics as long you're aborting babies with genetic defects rather than killing adults with genetic defects (degeneration)?

This isn't to say that Fascism is the same as Socialism but, as we were all taught in school, Fascism was envisioned as a "Third Way" and has some elements of Socialism and Capitalism in its ideology. Furthermore, many founders of modern progressive thought were actually inspired (to a certain extent) by Fascist ideology as implemented in Italy and Germany prior to seeing the inevitable outcome.

I was delivering newspapers when they revealed that atleast 80 people had been killed. I had to stop the car and wait for a confirmation since I couldn't believe I heard it right. I thought the rumour saying 30 people had been killed sounded extreme but 80? The radioguy had to confirm the number again and again as if he couldn't believe it himself. This is a sad day indeed, and what's worse is that some islamists are celebrating it...how people can be so messed up is beyond me.

Being that H.G. Wells is credited with being the father of progressive ideology, and also looked upon facism very favourably, I would say that he is probably the best example.
