How do you know the wiiu controller wont be a better fit? I hope not because of its looks cause the gamecube controller was super suspect at first as well.

I approve of this so much. Quality GC controllers are hard to get nowadays, and the original ones you had should be pretty damaged by now... at least if you were a SSBM player.

My Wavebird won't work anymore, and one of the wired ones I have has completely insane sticks. And the other one has a partially faulty C-Stick.

Well, I don't know lol I've never used one myself. But looking at the wii-u controller I can say that I won't mind using it as it looks comfortable. But hey it wouldn't hurt havimg the Cube controller as an option. And besides, can Wii-U operate 4 Wii-U Pads at once?
