Terranigma has one of the beautiful ending in VG history. ( Tomoyoshi Miyazaki was a genius, he made the game using an nostalghia's effects that bind the beginning eith the end )

I love Quintet works, so I'm very sad that this talented group pratically disbanded after the 16 bit era
( they made some games on 32 bit systems, but were niche games not in par with Soul Blazer "unofficial" trilogy and Actraiser saga ).

That RPG is only good because Crono, Luca, Marle, and Frog went back in time and improved it. Chrono Trigger is the cause of all great things. Chrono FTW!

Ultima Underworld 1 and Ultima 7 a+b. The best RPGs EVER. Too bad EA killed Ultima like many other great series.

And yes the game has an amazing ending, everything about the game is just beautiful.

I know that many will laugh now , but for me the most captivating RPG of all was the first Gothic game ... I lost a month of my life on that game , and I got into it as hell . By far IMO the most underrated game of all ... or at leats among the top 3 underrated game of all ...

hope some company will have the same idea as Square enix with remake of DQ or FF on the ds or PSP.

There are a lot of awesome RPG I had never played cause I'm european and this kind of game like Chrono Tigger weren't not easy to find and unaccessible.

Gothic 1 and Gothic 2 were both masterpieces. They brought Ultima feeling. Three was disappointing though.

Yeah, I remeber it.

However if it is for me, I will open a thread about Terranigma every day.
