Colorado Woman Flips the Script and Molests TSA Agent

Kwame Opam61-year-old Yukari Mihamae was flying home to Colorado on Thursday. She walks through Terminal 4 at Arizona's Sky Harbor Airport, and, as expected, is faced with the TSA. But its Mihamae that did the groping this time.

According to the Daily Mail:

Police said she is accused of grabbing the agent's 'left breast through her clothing and squeezing and twisting it with both hands without the victim's permission'.

From the way it sounds, Mihamae minced no words about whether or not she squeezed that breast when the police came for her. Oh yeah, she did it. And after resisting arrest, she was taken into custody and brought to Maricopa County Jail. She's now up on felony charges for sexual abuse.

It's not clear why Mihamae groped the TSA agent. But, if I had to guess, she probably asked "How would you feel if I did this to you?" during her screening. All's fair in love and war? [Daily Mail, Fox News]

i cant believe theres been no federal court case challenging the constitutionality of the TSA, either seeing you naked or molesting you.

i hope im the first one (dont have many opportunities to be on a plane though), i would refuse both those options then make a big scene about it making a statement. i would easily win this court case. its so patently and obviously unconstitutional.
also 1 of 2 things need to happen.
1)people bring this to the courts, challenge the TSA's ridiculous policies, (they dont work and dont make us safer. it takes away our freedoms, and the out of political correctness dont want to go after more logical targets. they wont behavioral profile. it works, its quick and will make people safer. for God's sake look at people's faces, judge them,. HOW ARE THEY BEHAVING. TSA doesnt do that)
2)everyone refuse the scan, except the groping. if everyone does this it will slow the already agonizingly slow process to a halt. their broken system, will be.. err more broken. they will have to change their policies.

First of all while it is indeed unpleasant the TSA searches are not equivalent to grabbing someone's breasts and twisting them... Second you can always refuse and just not fly. I'm sure you would have a different opinion on this if you were actually in an airliner where someone snuck something in and tried to detonate it. Lastly while it would make the most sense to just profile people, sadly this is America and profiling isn't allowed to be "openly done"...

There's a piece a while back where the TSA rubbing over the woman's vagina 4 times while groping all over her.

Also, there's already a push for portable nude scan. That's right. On the road, drive by nude scan.

And don't pull that "just not fly" bullshit. It is a neccessity sometime.

Last week or so, they drummed up that terrorists are surgically implanting bomb in the stomach. Are you going to be okay with them probing your ass you? How far is too far?

behavioral profiling is fine, just and needed. it is the safest way.

answer me this. are you, or anyone on board any safer after the TSA gropes you.

i will answer for myself. NO, none is safer if i get groped. its not necessary, and its unconstitutional. terrorist always find new ways. first it was a terrorist, with bomb material in liquid contaniers. So we now cant have liquid. then it was the shoes bomber, so we have to take off our shoes. then it was the underwear bomber,, so no we get seen naked or groped. Now its terrorist with bombs inside themselves. So what are they going to do next, anal probe us, send cameras down our throats.
like Galaki said, how far is too far.
we are no safer with the TSA feeling up little billy and grandma edna, nor me, no you.
theres a reason Israel, a country in the middle east, with daily terrorist plots, dont have any attacks in their airports. its because they have competent security, they look at people, ask them question. they see how they are behaving.
i repeat, we are no safer with what the TSA does. we only have less of our Freedom and rights

Don't ever mess with an individual with a badge and a gun, especially if they are Federal law enforcement.

Not only can they steal your iPhone 4 when you go through the scanners and tell you to your utter helplessness that terrorists are now using smart phones as bomb detonators, but they also know the blind spots in the airport where the cameras don't see where they will take you to knock your kidneys out of your torso.

Saw this on the news last night. I am suprised more people are not pissed at the TSA over how they have been acting. Its just crazy.

I went through LA Airport about 6 months ago and had none of this whatsoever. I think people are exaggerating the problems, there are obviously cases where things are done wrong, but on the whole it is okay and not too painful an experience

As for what people are saying in comparison to Israel, I believe they do a lot of their security based on racial stuff, which is obviously not very PC so not really accepted in the US as an official practice

She's some beauty pageant, too. They won't pick anyone obese 40 years old man to grope :)
