Neo 2? Do you mean Finding Nemo 2?  Terrible ideea!!! They've already found Nemo!!! Is that clown fish retarded or something, that it keeps getting lost? No, it's best they either make The Incredibles 2, or focus on making original movies (which they're usually good at).

This is all my opinion. I'll state this here. 

I still think a bugs life is the worst pixar movie.Possibly seems worse because of release of dreamworks superior "Antz" at the same time.  
My favorite pixar is Monsters Inc., Ratatouille and Toy Story 1.

I thought cars 1 was okay. I like mater a lot. But other than that it lacked intelligent writing. The 2nd one was the same except it was mater overboard as he's not complex enough to be the main character.

I think mater is a good second banana. Like Mr Potatohead. Or that boo in monsters inc. However, those movies had great main characters. Where lightning mcqueen is a shallow character. I don't blame larry the cable guy at all, he did an excellent job with mater. It's pixars writing and direction that was poor overall.

 

That said. The toy story short before cars 2 was fantastic.
