This isn't the first time that you make it evident that you have absolutely no idea about what the ideals of a Malstromite are. These people skipped the Gamecube (and Nintendo 64), they find it easy to pass on the 3DS, so it's not like they are going to rush out to get a Wii U which equally stands for what they hate about Nintendo. They actually do put their money where their mouth is.


Don't you own a 3DS??

Yes, I do, but I am not a Malstromite. Sure, I share many of their ideas, but not to the same extreme degree.

Personally I really enjoyed the Gamecube so I took that leap of faith to the Wii based off of that. One could say I "hate" on Nintendo but that isn't really true. My hate is merely anger that stems from the fact that they made some poor choices. I am a fan of Nintendo and I want to purchase the Wii U. I really do. However as of now they are showing me nothing and I will not take that same leap.

So i'm not going to be one of those that talks trash and buys it anyways.

That remains to be seen.. If Wii U has the horsepower, the Nintendo haters will probably flock to it. If it's behind in tech like Wii is, most will avoid it like the plague.

I'll probably pick one up eventually, but definitely not at launch. Gonna wait and see just how powerful it really is, and what M$ and Sony's next moves are once the Wii U gets closer to its launch date.

Oh, and i could also see alot of "fanboys" picking it up at launch despite talking shit about it now, especially if it does turn out to be more noticeably powerful than 360/PS3, just so they can brag about having the most powerful system (for once).
