I have to ask, how were these results achieved? How can these user-created mods look better than the efforts of actual dedicated game developers? Does anyone know they was created?

devs aim to sell to a broad audience, user mods are made by fans for fans... different goals, different results.

Then you have the eventuall odd game like crysis where the devs actually also cartered to very high specs... and the game becomes a benchmark for 2-3 years.

You could technically create games right now that would be amazingly nice but unplayable with current hardware... same principle.

the ENB and CEHancer mods pics are a lot more awing than the op ones i have to say ^^

the problem isn't graphics, the problem is that the game itself is very boring.

They're something to bench my future gaming rig, that's for sure. Downloaded!

Wow this just makes me want to get up and play GTA 4 and make me want to hear something about GTA 5. One announcement of GTA 5 and I swear the next second I will preorder the game! Please Rockstar!!!!
