some people here never cease to amaze me. ds sales are ahead of psp sales with more than 65 millions of units and wii sales are ahead ps3 sales with more than 25 millions..... I think nintendogamer doesnt need to do anything to crush the competition. it is already crushed in this generation.

Yes, but every other time the winning console continued to crush until the other consoles were out of production and after.  This time, it looks like the Wii might go out of production first, and it "won"!  Bye the time the Wii is retired, the 360 and PS3 might be a lot closer.

Why can't 360 and PS3 fans think of it like a marathon instead of a sprint?  The Wii ran out of gas, in a way never seen before by a "winner."

I find both sides to be really funny at times. Namely the "PSP fans" these days, that includes you NYANKS! :P
Oh well, but I am cool like that. Now I am going to go play some games.

look at those PSP go sales, 21! could it drop below 10 units? and Wii gets a boost, and maybe be no 1 again WW.

lol dude really? :P and you follow that up with a compliment to wii hw sales? on a week a bundle was released and still only around half the sales of ps3

and also correct me if I'm wrong but didn't they already discontinue making the go ..anywho bleh psp >3ds again the week after Oot ;)

now you know how it feels like ;).

wait what? o_O you're confusing me now.....feel like what?

omg this is beyond hilarious!

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

@NYANKS, yes your point is really valid but with sony home consoles, not with nintendo home consoles. Sony supports their consoles for a long time after they launch a new one. when nintendo launches a new home console they kill the last one. when nintendo is the market leader in a complete generation it is the "winner", if sony or microsoft are the market leaders at any time with a little margin they are the super mega ultra awsome winners!!!!!!!!! thats great.

Actually, one of the really big Nintendo fans like Rol or someone who did the research showed us that when Nintendo won nicely like in the SNES generation, they don't immediately give up support, it's apparently a fallacy that they always gave up.  As for the reaction to Wii, there are a lot of variables.  The Sony and MS fans didn't get what they wanted from the Wii, so it makes sense that you see some hate on a sight with a large contingent of Sony and MS fans combined.  I'm not hating, just trying to put forth a reason.

Hey, I'm not a "PSP fan", I'm a PSP fan! :P  You can't deny my intial comment though, the Wii seems to be a weak compared to the longevity and software dominance of previous winners like PS2 and SNES.  I care about games too, I just like to play devil's advocate when I see something I don't agree with, whether it's anti sony, MS, or Nintendo.

Of course this arguing crap is ridiculous, but this is the internet lmao.  It'll never change :P

Don't worry I was joking (only half joking!) :P, also yes Wii seems to be a weak console in terms longevity period.

Wow, ME2 really bombed on the PS3. It sold 3k less (8.8k vs 5.8k)than the 360 version that released in January. It had the bonus content that still isn't available for ME2 360 in Japan. Sad to see as I was hoping it would sell well.

Wii bundled debuted this week, you wouldn't have thought so!

It did go up by 4k, which isn't that horrible. However it remains bad. With Ps3 starting to decline in the market, the console outlook is pretty bad in Japan.

@Nyanks, until you look at the WW PSP market (HW and SW)....and go PSvita couldn't get here sooner

Well I'd say that the boost is directly proportional to half assed effort Nintendo did to improve their position in Japan.
