How da hell did #17 something that couldnt even beat imperfect cell go from a stupid $hit, to stronger than SSJ4?

That was stupid, and in GT they made CELL look like a wimp.. he looked as strong as freiza were in reality..

He is way stronger than any android.. how did super 17 get that strong..

fusing with Dr. whats his face's version of android 17 that assimulated with the other 17 that increased his power like 20 fold becasue he could both absorb energies, and was an organic android like cell.

And CELL has saiyan DNA. Saiyans get weaker when they dont fight or train. Remember adult gohan was weak as heck even in ssj2 in DBZ. CELL should have been weaker then he was.
