Two 9 24.32%

Three 4 10.81%

Four 0 0%

Bought DSi Ware games instead of VC titles 1 2.70%

Total:37

Alright so I was so excited that EShop came I went out and bought LoZ and Mario. Then when Donkey Kong got released I bought that too. I never had a GameBoy in the early days I got mine when Pokemon Red came out. So these games are classics and charmful for me. I also love the idea that I can have tons of games loaded on my system for play anywhere.

I am loving Virtual Console and can't wait for Donkey Kong Land, Pokemon the Trading Card Game and Mario Six Golden Coins among others to be released. I am worried because I have to load another twenty dollars onto my account because I've already burned through the first twenty.

So how about you, are you buying VC games like mad? If you have bought some VC games what were they? Are you satisfied with the VC service right now? How are you liking the VC games you bought? Do you like the selection or should Nintendo have made more games availible near launch?

I will be as soon as Nintendo get those dam prepaid cards into shops. Not all of us have credit cards or want our infomation online.

My thing is that portable games from the Gameboy era were a little gimped, even back then. I only bought them because they were portable. Games like TMNT, Super Mario Land, Cosmo Tank, and such weren't really all that. I haven't tried that Legend of Zelda game. MAYBE I'll give that a shot but my expectations aren't too high.

I want the 3DS to be able to download full on 8-bit/16-bit console titles. Yeah, I know those games are there on the Wii VC but games from that gen don't look as good on TV's anymore. They would be a perfect fit for the smaller screen. Give me the VC games from the Wii on my 3DS and I'll give you my paycheck, Nintendo. Until then, I already have a (still funtioning!) GB,GBA, DS, PSP, and 3DS for my portable gaming fix.

I bought 3 titles so far. Super Mario Land, Zelda and Rockman World.
I hope they bring the following Mario/Wario Land titles soon!

I thought you meant Valkyria Chronicles.

Now your thread will never match the excitement from the title, and it will leave people dissapointed.

Nope, I can get all those titles for free on my PSP, DS and/or Smartphone.

No need to pay ~$5-$8 for Super Mario Land.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

I haven't yet, I'm waiting for more of the SNES generation of games.

Super Mario Land is 4$. :) (Which is still a bit overpriced, but not too outrageous in my opinion.)

There are no games for 8$ (yet?).

I was going based on the high VC pricing model I've experienced on the Wii.
