@Rainbird

Will you be joining gaming companies?

That's what I'm hoping, to some degree at least. Working as a small indie developer is probably more my style than working in big companies.

Web Developer here. Working mainly in old school ASP.

But it's got to a point where I know ASP really well but never use anything else in work. No one else really uses ASP so if I want another job my years of skills learnt here might not come in handy.

Which is why I either need to leave web development as a career and make it a hobby again or learn more languages. And I work 40 hours a week with web stuff, prefer not to go home to it as well so the former is becoming more appealing everyday.

Hmm, pie.

well i like c# the best but java is pretty dope. Though for school we mainly use c# in our games. Its funny i put my code straight into the engine but the seniors at my school tell me to use an external holder for my code. like visual.

Software developer here...im in my final year currently. so after this year il have my degree.

Ive mostly done desktop applications...otherwise done a bit of mobile development and a little bit of web.

Im not some genuis programmer though :/

I just wanna get my degree and then get paid a shit load for doing reports or something :P

Intel Core i7 3770K [3.5GHz]|MSI Big Bang Z77 Mpower|Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1866 2 x 4GB|MSI GeForce GTX 560 ti Twin Frozr 2|OCZ Vertex 4 128GB|Corsair HX750|Cooler Master CM 690II Advanced|

I'm more the guy who says: Make it so... :) I used to be an awesome webdeveloper (flash, javascript html mysql) nowadays I just oversee things from a comfy chair..

I did physics in college but started programming in 3rd year and realised i was in the wrong course - should have done computer science. i was average at most of my subjects but when it came to computational physics i was head and shoulders above everyone in my class. I tried to get a job with Havock - they're a local company you may have heard of but ended up taking a good job with Intel which didn't work out too badly. Do some small scripting in tcl but loved using C in college. Still play around with it in my spare time.

This is not an exit.
