100% completion is not its own justification, guys.

However, you can make a personal goal/house rule of it, just like speedrunning/no heart containers/single segment runs, etc. It's a good way of getting more value out of a game, if you're so inclined. Lakebed Temple isn't bad at all, by the way. The dungeon is almost entirely based on navigational puzzles, I've noticed. The non-linearity helps a bit with that, of course, but its also true for individual rooms.

Any excuse to spend more time on Koholint is fine by me. 100% just happens to be the best way to achieve that.

Plus he's just so close.

I think there may be a heart piece that i need the blue rooster to get, though. I looked on a map in Gamefaqs, and the corresponding square on the grid had a hole that was only accessible by flying over it (too long to broad jump and no hookshot point in sight)

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Twilight Princess - Finish [x] (check the damn box!)
Tempted to do it again but only with three hearts, Cave of Ordeals will be a pain in the ass, tough...

There's just a shell down there and since there are 25 spots where shells are hidden and you only need to get 20 of them, it doesn't matter, if you miss the opportunity to get there while being accompanied by the rooster. The heart piece is in the water.

And LOL at Khuutra. Just because you have no achievements or trophies pop up when you get 100 % in an old game doesn't mean that getting there isn't of any value.

My point is that if he doesn't want the 100% - for whatever reason - then he shouldn't be pushed toward it.

And no, that does not devalue the 100% completion, but that's not the problem. The problem is that completion doesn't justify itself - you have to say why 100%ing the game is worth it.

Fine, I concede that Mr Khan is a wimp, because he thinks that he can handle the final boss without having gotten all the heart pieces.

Now there's some twisted logic

I might as well finish the one i've started on, but i don't see the point in the other 2

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I must have had the count wrong, i only had 6 heart pieces to go instead of 10, so i got through them pretty quick with Gamefaqs help, then trashed the final boss, and huzzah huzzah

Now i'm gonna recharge a few days, then do Master Quest
