the officer was talking to a very specific group of women and he was talking about keeping them safer from all kinds of sexual assault not specifically rape. so even to bring in studies saying that women dont have to worry because children are more likely to be raped is just absurd.

The studies clearly showed the type of women who are typically targeted by abusers, and it was shy, passive women who wear "modest" clothing. You can spin this all you want, fact is the officer was wrong.

where did i say i am not humane. i said i will pretend to be very humane, if i wasn't humane i would say i would pretend to be humane. do no wrong guys think they live on another planet with another race expecting nothing wrong to happen and complain about the most stupid thing blaming society as they have nothing better to do than complain about the stupidest and tinniest thing that occurs and if me thinking that do no wrong type of guys are dreamers and complainers makes Plain evil then i have no problem with that.

there is no need for any spin at all in my position.  if there is a party with these students at it and people have been drinking...the girl practically naked is definitely more likely to be groped than the girl who is not.
