It's just pure (and undeserved) altruism towards GT5 haters, to prepare them gradually and avoid them sudden death for heart attack or choking on pretzels crow when official PD numbers and the big adjustment arrive.

I don't even have any GT game, or any recent console, for what matters, but the "hater" wasn't for you. I actually support GT5 because I like a console maker gives so much importance to a sim racer to make it its biggest 1st party franchise.
About the Italian thread, I didn't even imagine there was one, due to so little Italian speakers on this site, compared to English and Spanish speakers.

Well then, I guess we should stop talking about any games' sales in this thread at all. Would that make you happy? Have the same exact post from everyone, "Good/Bad numbers"? Besides, it won't stop til GT5 reaches 10 mil and people eat crow.

No, I think VGC usually goes back to the weeks they feel they under/over tracked and fix the numbers. Otherwise, it would inflate, or lower, numbers greatly if they just compensated for previous tracking. Could be wrong, though.
Nah we weren't talking about Halo, or Fable, or any X360 game, so Seece is teh sadness, you see... And look what you've done Seece, we're talking about GT5 again.
Btw with the latest update GT5 has become pure gold awesomeness, before it wasn't gold.

Not certain... but the last time PD updated it site on Feb 22th... three weeks after Sony Q3... Sony delayed it Q1 for May 26th... so I expected some update this month yet.
Anyway Sony Q2 will be released at end of July.
