The (2) I see recommended most of all are Ys 7 and Oath of Felghana. Both differ in gameplay so choose whichever suits you best.

Both are fine starter points. I personally went with Ys 7.

In the end is a temporal promotion or is a permanent price drop...?At least in the old titles... I want some Persona titles but I ca't afford them rigth now... :( and at the regular price is a STEAL (in the bad mean)

Which is the best overall title to grab off that Atlus list? I was going to go with P3P since I never got to finish P3:FES on PS2 due to my 60GB PS3 dying on me but I have heard some not so good things about it.

Well, don't bother with Dissidia 1, just pay the extra and get Dissidia 2, becuase it basically has the entirety of Dissidia 1 in the singleplayer endgame content.  it's not identical, but it's pretty damn close.  I hated Dissidia 012, but it's a damn good game if you're into that kinda stuff. 

also, you can get Persona for cheap?  What other Atlus games are on sale?

What not so good things? I would recommend any persona, but especially 3, it's the best or them. The other games I haven't played, unfortunately.

XSEED announced today that the previous Japan-only game, UnchainBlades ReXX will be coming to North America sometime this year in the form of Unchained Blades. It is described as a role-playing game set in a monster-filled world, and was directed by Toshio Akashi of the Lunar series, while the game’s story was penned by Grandia series veteran Takashi Hino.

Unchained Blades sees players journeying through the game with a party of up to four players, going through dungeons in a first person perspective and engaging in turn-based combat along the way. It will feature a unique ‘Unchain’ system where you can convince monsters in battle to join you. If it works, the monster will team up with you and aid you in future battles. Each of the four party members can hold four monsters, so the variety is immense. The game has also been completely redubbed with new English voice-overs and boasts over 60 hours of gameplay.

Unchained Blades will be seeing a digital release on both the PSP and 3DS later this year, meaning that Playstation Vita owners will also be able to get in on the RPG fun.

I got interested on the thing of kickstarting game translations... so I opened a thread.. if this is a succesful project we could see more jRPG or others japanses games being translated like this... dreaming of valkirya Chronicles III, Queen's Blade, Legend of Heroes, or Even GameArt's games for PSVita like Dokuro and Ragnarok odissey coul be possible...
