i recomend downloading treasures of montezuma blitz from the psn store, it's a free puzzle game. also try out every demo available it will help you decide what games you'll get and entertain you until u can afford them.


Thanks for the suggestion. I am simply in love with the system. The interface is actually great, I don't know what the people are talking about.  As for the browser it was mediocre at best. I can't check the music and video player because I only have the system and not the memory card. Without a card it is basically a brick :). 

One surprising thing for me was the amount of people near me. I wasn't expecting it to find anybody but there were around 10-15 people playing. Though most of them doesn't have any games :), just facebook and things like that.

Hopefully my memory card will be delivered tomorrow so I'll be able to play Motorstorm. Do you have it? Or any other people? I think there was a thread about it.

You should download the free games like top darts and all the AR games as well .

Oh, I knew you were mentioning the fine member residing in Oxford, Mississippi of whom I have teased for teaching Black Bears.

The thought of him didn't come to mind when looking at it, as I wouldn't think anyone who has played the spiritual precedessor would have followed that line of thought.

Man, I think I'm in love. System has barely been out a month and I already have more than 10 games for it (5 hard copies, 4 downloads, 2 PSP games, and 3 more review copies on the way).

Little Deviants
ModNation Racers: Road Trip
Rayman Origins
Uncharted: Golden Abyss
Wipeout 2048 (only one I haven't played and beaten)

then we've got Disgaea 3, MMA Supremacy, and MLB 12: The Show all on the way. AWESOME!

Anyone got any ideas of what else I could get? So far the only ones I haven't liked have been Sumioni (decent game, horrible price) and LittleDeviants (not a fan of minigame comps).  I think the thing about the Vita I like the most is that it really does feel kinda like a PS3 in your hand.  Not that it's as powerful as a PS3, but the features, options, and capabilities make it feel functionally equal.  what it loses in raw power is made up for with its touch screens, gyros, etc.  The interface was iffy at first, but it's grown on me, and above all else, it really can almost emulate PS3 graphics.  I've just beaten Uncharted, and while it's not up to par with uncharted 2 or 3, it's easily on par with uncharted 1 in both quality and length.  

VERY happy so far.  Can't wait to see what else comes of it,

yep that's all the info we have..would be surprised if it's for vita tho

the situation in JP is that, at least from what I see it, we are seeing the last few batches of psp software coming out now..with even SOny releasing new colors soon for it it seems they want to milk the system some more before they focus more on the PSV. I expect a pretty huge TGS for vita :)

I loved every game I played (and I played a lot of Vita games!), BUT Golden Abyss. That game ruined my mood for three days. And that's bad, especially if you think it lasted only one day, before being left in a dark corner...

I know, I'm alone in this. But I have an opinion too. :P

My situation is: 1 game I didn't like, 14 (!) games I liked.

We can say "15", since I will like (read: LOVE) Gravity Rush.

And... 16... when they will finally tell us the release date and then they will let me buy the ZOE HD Collection...

Runa... have you played Escape Plan????????????????? If you like the genre, that's a little gem. :)

Yep! And reviewing it! (Don't worry, I won't hate it like I hated Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2, promise!) 

Why don't you try a serie  of Articles (on a thread maybe) with a Review in progress.. On IGn they Have make it like that on Deep games (ussually RPG or MMO) and I (and other people) have liked that...  The Review in Progress of Dark Souls made me Laugh and Cry at the same time... XD

The Answer is Simply... NO. Vita and PS3 are different systems.. similar in power but different architechture... So to a PSN game run on Vita it must have been developed to Vita... Some games like Motorstorm RC are developed to both systems at once.. when you purchase them you get bth.. but that wouldn't the case ever... Warrior's lair  (Ruin) will be like that...  but excepting Minis and PSOne Classics (that can run on PSp and PS3) PSNgames aren´t playable on Vita...

There's a Specific version of Stardust on vita.. Super Stardust Delta is not a port is a NEW StarDust with new wolrds and gameplay... only for Vita.. some other games, like the favorite of some here Tales of Space: Mutan blob is new too... and Plant vs Zombies is a port with little new...

X.. X.. X-Men anime-like-game by Namcobandai? Being a game of namco bandai could be any anime related.. that's what is giving them their money rigth now.. Specially on PSp... low budget games with high profit rates... BAMCO are the king of sftware on japan rigth now (third party)  but as M.U.G.E.N says eventually they will come to Vita with more games... a One piece Musou for Vita would be EXCELLENT! And sounds reasonable and probable...

rigth now every project that any company make for PS3 have high probabilty to make a port to Vita soon after.. that make more rentable the project and make easier and cheaper to port than make it to low end hardware like 3DS.

you mean like how I poked my head in here a few times talking about the little things I liked or disliked about Sumioni: Demon arts?  Not reviews, just little tidbits about how I beat the game X many times and was having a hard time figuring out how to get the alternate endings?
