- Irregular Magic High School: Out of Order
- World Trigger: Borderless Missions
- Bullet Girls
- Cross Ange
- Madoka Magica: Battle Pentagram

I've imported Cross Ange at launch, but I've only played 2 missions. it's basically a VN with Mech missions. Currently, I can't play it since I left the game in another country , but from what i played i would not rank it as a good anime adapted game. The VN sections were nice, but the gameplay wasn't very enjoyable for me personally mostly because I didn't feel any sense of speed in the game at all. Also, firing weapons didn't leave much of an impact.

From the other games, can't quite remmber where but I've read that Out of order wasn't very good. i was interested in World trigger a while back, but I didn't get it. It's ranked at 4.5 stars on japanese PSN (don't know how reliable that is though).

Honestly, I think Ukiyo no Roushi is your best choice that or World trigger though i know nothing about bullet girls and Madoka.

Pretty sure Ryuzaki wrote a review for Bullet Girls. Check his blog.

It seems EU version of Trails of cold steel was delayed again.. to January 29 of 2016
NA version delayed until December 15

I don't see this anywhere on the net. Where is this coming from exactly?

Amazon (US and UK)

Technically it's not really a delay cause the previous dates were placeholders (and these should be too..)

Trails games have such dodgy release dates. If those are accurate i will import the US version. Screw waiting for January when you can play it on christmas. Feels way more special that way.

I don't like January. It feels bleak and cold (because it is lol).

Yeah, I checked that out, plus this one.  Both pretty scathing, maybe I will give it a miss.

And thanks for the post NesFe.  I guess I'll give Cross Ange a miss too, I'm relying on the gameplay being good.

I've read a few impressions of Irregular Magic High School saying it's not great, but watching gameplay videos I really kinda want it.  Looks like a lot of fun.

World Trigger I think is a definite for me at some point.

And Ukiyo no Roushi... how import friendly is it?  The gameplay I watched seemed to have a lot of text.  Normally I wait 12 months with games to see if a localization is announced, and if not I consider importing (except if it's like, tiny licenced anime game).

WRC 5 footage.  For comparison, here's WRC 4:

They really do look worlds apart.

I wish we were getting some other racing games for Vita.  I'd kill for some street racing.

from a gameplay standpoint, objectives have  checkpoints on the map so you shouldn't miss them even if you don't know what your supposed to do. Most missions start out with solving a murder case, look at body take pics(drawings), talk to people and then fight it out with several minions/boss(culprit). The combo system is pretty easy too. It's bascially a skill tree for each weapon (Katana, spear, 2 handed etc...) mostly combinations of square and triangle (either on the ground or in the air plus charge attacks).

Story wise, there are lots of text as you go talk to people to solve the cases, though as I said the next destination is mapped out so even if you don't know wtf he just said you can continue on ^^. To be honest some stuff can be understood without reading the text (looking for killer -> find clues->fight the culprit). My experince is about 8 hours only so I don't know how complex the story ends up being.

Here is a pic that shows the map (rocking that hair style):

Oh NesFe, you always make me so jealous with everything you play.

That description made me really, really, really want the game.  It sounds so good.  And I'd buy it just to faff around on being a Samurai to be honest.  But I'm gonna have to wait just in case there's a chance it comes west.

It's going for a somewhat reasonable price on Play-Asia now too.

And that Ukiyou no Roushi, didn't got a English translated Asian release? I'm interested in it too...
