Can someone help me with a problem with the Vita, with the Friends App and Facebook App to be exact, I can't seem to connect, I know this error NW-2465-7 has to do with server overcapacity, but it has been a week since I got the Vita but it still does not connect to servers, everything else are working fine like the browser and PS Store. Is this a common issue? I got my region set to Hong Kong if this helps and I've tried this even when no one's using the internet but me also with Public DNS like 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 or other suggestions in the internet.

Try this: hard shut down your Vita, then start again and it should be back to normal.

For hard shut down I mean: press the off button longer, until you are being asked for shut down confirmation (you have to confirm). This makes your Vita really stop, as opposed to going in the typical sleep mode. When you start again, you will see that all the open applications have been closed, and that an eventual card game will have to be reinstalled. But that's what you want. The problem should be gone, by then.

https://youtu.be/2snCr5nm39E - Look at the end of the video, they show PS3/PS4/Vita versions as retail.
https://www.bandainamcoent.de/produkt/one-piece-pirate-warriors-3/ps-vita - This is not a trailer but the Bandai Namco site (Germany) Is listening this game as retail for PS3/PS3/Vita too. When you want to see the new trailer (which released today) go to this link: https://youtu.be/iZ8yYkTU7Vw

PS VITA GOT ADJUSTMENTS!!!

Looks like we only got 2 screens from WRC 5 from that announcement:

At least the Ford Fiesta model look way better proportioned than in WRC 4 (which looked a bit odd).

Also Vita ajustments made quite a difference :D

Shame, curious how PS3/PS4 versions are then.
