Awesome! Wonder if it's only for Christmas or if they plan to keep that for the rest of the year. I have noticed a fresh supply of Vitas arriving at my store as well.

Yes and No. Nis America officially said that it's coming, but didn't say anything else, not even a tentative date, or if the limited edition will be available.

play-asia lists the European version of the game as an "eraly 2014" release, but you can't preorder it, yet.

You can trust both NISA and play-asia at your own risk :)


Amazon.co.uk has Ys celceta for release in europe on the 7th of febreuary. They usually only add stuff when its confirmed to come out. Its a physical release. Thats why its delayed in comparison to the US launch.

Its indeed out in europe. Digital format only. The publisher is XSEED games.

The Vita sold 40k in europe this year. Its definitly a sign of it rebounding. The only problem is the US and their tablet/iphone craze. When will the populace realise that they are no good for gaming? Meh...

Just finished my first Tearaway playthrough. The game is so adorable, the ending is touching :) The game sure is something else. The whole papery feel you get is... incredible. Takes me back in time when I was building paper models of animals, houses, etc. Great game

dont like the box art, I want the Japanese Toukiden somewhere on it. Otherwise its decent I guess. I would be hyped but I dont have any time for a Hunting game early next year, not with all the JRPGs coming out. Especially with LR FFXIII on the same day

I think a Vita version might still be possible. Given how multiplat games have been selling better on the Vita than the PS3. On the other hand though, i prefer to see them focus on a single platform to push the quality of the game.

 

On other news, God Eater 2 is the highest selling Vita game in Japan. I would say that increases the chances of a localisation.
