It will be at Gamescom... Announced in Europe, because the 3 cities in the game are new cities. Based on London, Paris and Berlin.

GTA 5 must come out in 2012 or Take Two has signed Rockstar for more years because Take Two Rockstar partner ship ends in 2012 so an GTAV game would in bound to make sure Take Two makes some serious cash if rockstar departs to another publisher

I sincerely doubt that is the deal that TT and R* have, that TT will fund the development of games, and that if R* takes slightly longer than expected, they get all the money?
