Forums - Microsoft - Time to hype up Halo 4

I've been waiting for this since 2007 when I finished Halo 3.

CANNOT WAIT!!

If they take out the retardedness in Halo Reach and keep the good stuff, bring back the good stuff from Halo 3 and have new improvements it will be the best game of 2012 IMO

I'm excited for the new trilogy, for sure. But, the trailer itself was kind of meh for me.

And where the hell did Master Chief get that jetpack?

I said the same thing when I watched it...the grenade launcher as well.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

I'm really excited for this but you have to agree the trailer felt like they'd just stuck it together in the last few minutes before the show, good that its a trilogy though.

I'm more excited for halo HD though, that actually really surprised me, best thing of E3 so far.

End of 2012 prediction:

xbox 360 : 73-75 million  playstation 3 : 72-74 million  wii : 104-105 million

Most hyped for :

Bioshock: infinte, The Last Of Us, Alan Wake's American Nightmare and Agent

Who cares! It will probably make a better game anyhow lol

I care because I like continuity and those few details mean someone isn't paying attention.

But if it holds back gameplay then its a negative experience.

I'm referring to the story and how things randomly changed from the end of the last game for no reason. How can that hold back gameplay? That's like saying that's why the story in Ninja Gaiden games are so crappy is because they would hold back the gameplay...

Are 343 better than Bungie? For all we know, the Halo's to come could really lose its touch considering Bungies old formula was getting ..old. If 343 cant renew it (for the better), then the strongest franchise for Microsoft is quite in deep shit (from my point of view).
