There has been many a debate surrounding the final name of Nintendo’s new console, to be announced on Tuesday morning on the first day of E3, but today’s rumor appears to be the most familiar.

We’ve heard of the codename Project Cafe, and the possible final names Nintendo Stream, Wii 2, and Wii HD, but we’ve never heard it go the ‘reboot’ route. Many games are doing it, so why not a console?

According to what Game Informer is “hearing,” the new Nintendo platform, which we’ve commonly referred to as Nintendo HD, will just be known as “Nintendo.”

I like it.

I think that all these rumors are false, and we have absolutely no clue what it will be called, and come Tuesday they will announce the name and our minds will be blown because we never expected it, and it will be an awesome name.

Thats the point, remember Nintendo is trying to hook the core, rumors say the consoles Color scheme is the of the SNES or NES( cant remember ) I guess there using nostalgia by calling it just Nintendo and its color scheme
