Who do you think is next for Kongo? I expect him to get matched with Carwin or Meathead.

And if anyone didn't see that MIND BLOWING come from behind KO here's the GIF's for it.

And as for who is next for Kongo I would say Mitrione, Carwin, and Big Country are all viable options.

Barry looked dead :(

Tito Ortiz won a nice victory over Ryan Bader. Punched him hard in the jaw scoring a knockdown, then choked him out seconds later.

Still, not quite as satisfying as watching Josh Barnett flatten that wife beater Brett Rogers.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Well, unfortunately I missed the main event and the Siver-Wiman fight, but it was an entertaining card. The prelims were also good (except for Tavares-Simpson). I was shocked when Ortiz beat Bader, since he hadn't won in five years. It was good to see Conduit put Kim in his place after the whole "I want GSP" thing. I felt bad for Wanderlei. I thought it was going to be a three round battle, but it ended abruptly with him him getting knocked out :(

Love MMA. Carlos Condit is a beast!!! He is one hell of a fighter. Sweet flying knee. He'll get a title shot if he wins his next fight.

I hope Wanderlei retires. He's one of my favorite fighters ever, but that was embarrasing. BUT, Chris Leben is one bad dude! Good knockout. Too bad it had to be against Wanderlei.

Siver hung in there, even though he took a beating in the second round(Siver will never be great until he gets better on the ground. Could you imagine how good he would be if he got a ground game?) I think he ultimately won, but man I wish they would let them go one more round.

Tito had a solid win. I'm not sure what is worse though, Bader losing or hearing Tito's mouth after he won. I hoped previously that Tito was going to retire after saying that Matt Hamill had a soft head, and then getting his ass beat by him.

Melvin Guillard. WOW. That man knows how to knock someone out. He'll be fighting for the belt if Edgar and Maynard ever fight.

Faber/Cruz. Would there have been a knockout if it had gone for 5 more rounds? I don't know man. I know they fought their asses off, but neither guy was that banged up after 5 rounds. A little disappointing for me. This was the first time I got to watch Faber fight live.

I just found out Machida is replacing Davis agains Rashad Evans

Hopefully we get to see the stanky leg part deux

Update: Lyoto Machida won't be fighting Rashad Evans at UFC 133, Tito Ortiz will take his place.

July lacked quality MMA, but this month will surely make up for it. There are three UFC events this month, and one of them is free on TV. Also, tomorrow Sherdog.com will broadcast Tachi Palace Fights. The card features a championship bout between two of the top ten Flyweights on the world; Ian McCall and Darrell Montague.

Its going to be an awesome month!
