Forums - General - Wii won't burn off the fat.

Most games I'm interested in go PS3/X360. Few is on X360 exclusively. I seriously don't care about Wii, it has nothing to offer to me. PS3 already secured 3rd party support and things can only get better. Success of CoD4, AC or NFS shows it's cost-effective to develop for PS3. End of the story. Wii isn't a threat. Not at all.

But thats my point, you have a preference, and you totally have a right to that. But don't cheapen your self by making silly jabs at the Wii, i am pretty sure you are better than, that. When you do gthings like that, you make the people calling you bitter even more credible. Any way not trying to have a go at you or anything.

@BornFirst. Hmm... maybe I indeed overreacted... Have you seen Back to the future movie? Some things annoy me but I'm damn far from being bitter...

This reminds me of one of those comics you'd find in a newspaper where someone complains a treadmill isn't helping them lose weight, and it cuts to a bunch of boxes on it.

Either way, it's a horriblely designed study, If you play with just the wrsit flicks i'd be surprised if you lost anymore weight then a 360.

If you treat it like it's a 1 to 1 machine.... Then you do lose some weight on SOME games.

Not that it matters, I doubt anyone is buying the Wii to lose weight (well until Wii Fit comes out.)

People are mostly buying it because it's a dedicated game machine that plays games in a new way and is cheap. Not to mention the flaws in the studys design. Try lifting a barbell once an hour... vs lifting a barbel 24 times in a row... see which has better results.

I've mention about it because of chicken stuff...

Come on... Stick your card in the slot and I'll handle it. Unless you want everyone in the division to think your... Chicken...

NOBODY CALLS ME CHICKEN NEEDLES, NOBODY!

hehe

Thats what Wii Fit is for... kind of. Also what kind of kid plays the Wii for 15 minuits with a 5 minuit break inbetween, and we should remember how incredibly bad for you mars bars are.

I started a thread as to why the Wii does burn fat. It can be found here.
