I've been thinking this over for some time now that i own both systems and play CoD on both.  I personally like the PS3 controller more.  The analog sticks are made better, almost no deadzone compared to the large one on the 360.  They also have a large range of motion and move more smoothly. But the 360 has the better online and better community.

Regarding the players of both systems, PS3 players always have their mics on and scream into them, they all sound like cheap $5 mics too.  You always need to mute all the players and it gets on my nerves.  The PS3 players can also aim 100% better, but they are stupid when it comes to tactics.  360 players have more skill but can't aim, i would say this is due to the poor analog sticks.

Overall its a tough choice, but i like both.

PS3 - Better controller imo, less campers, more friends.

I play on both, but if I had the choice it would be the PS3, the difference isn't too big either way.

PS3 because of massive no. of friends on there. But I won't be playing a CoD for a long time that's for sure. Unless they bring dedicated servers in console versions.

If friends are not important, I don't really care for this game on any console. The aiming accuracy and controller stuff is the same for both since I have CoDs on both consoles, and they seem to feel the same.

it doesnt really bother me i have cod4 and MW2 on 360 and world at war and black ops on ps3 i feel that there both the same no difference in online and i can quickly adapt to what controller i use

Because I have more online friends on PS3 and my PC not have enough power to run... ops I like more the PS3 controller than mouse plus keyboard.

I play on both PS3 & 360, to me their the same, i never got the whole 360 controllers are better. They feel just about the same to me. But i dont have a 360 of my own and the Wii versions are not nearly as good and my laptop blows, so PS3 for me

I like the ps3 analog sticks so id say ps3 version.

Well, I don't pay for Gold, so if it's multiplat and multiplayer I generally get it on the PS3.
