I don't think I have a favourite developer right now because I have quite a varied collection. Possibly RockStar because I end up buying most of their games. Also, Kojima productions if that's a developer, otherwise Konami. I've also played all Naughty Dog games sinse the first Jack and Daxter.

When I was a kid I loved LucasArts adventure games, even the ones that were already old and looked like shit when I played them.

Well mine kept changing every generation and especially this gen I've been indecisive and kept changing per year.

So for PS1/N64: Naughty Dog (Crash Bandicoot) and Gamefreak (Pokemon) were my top favs.

PS2/GC: Square Enix was No.1 with Kojima Productions close behind. SE had the edge easily because of FFX and KH II

PS3: 2008 - Kojima Productions, 2009 - Naughty Dog, 2010 - Ubisoft, so it's bound to change once again for this year.

Blizzard they have wasted so much of my life from diablo 1, 2, warcraft 2, 3 starcraft 1, 2 I mean i have never played so many games from a single company as much as i have played those games. Second comes Nintendo (funny thing is i own everything except the wii because i sold it, still nintendo games rock)

I'd have to say square...although they've been messin up on final fantasy recently...Kingdom Hearts is still great, and that one little gem called The World Ends With You was spectacular, Dragon Quest has been good too still so they still put out grade A quality stuff, unfortunately they've been putting out more crap than usual recently 

Easily Sony Santa Monica, they created my absolute favourite gaming franchise ever and my personal favourite game of all time God of War III.

Honourable mentions in no order: Bioware - Mass Effect. Epic - Gears of War. Remedy - Alan Wake. 2K Boston - Bioshock. Naughty dog - Jak and Daxter. Media Molecule - LittleBigPlanet. Oddworld Inhabitants - Oddworld.

I really want to say Atlus, but I just cant.

I was going to keep going but Sierra has to many great games to list.  The volume of games they have developed is just amazing.  There are not many companies who can keep pumping out sequels that are, for the most part, better than the originals, let alone have so many "quest" games running at once.  Put in their strategy games (Birthright), their adventure "horror" Phantasmagoria and space action/strategy Homeworld and you have one very diverse Developer.  Fuck you Activision for hacking the company that was at one time called Blizzard "Big Sister". 

And yes, Ritual was the lead developer on Homeworld (which is now owned by THQ), but its awesome anyway.

3DO for the completely and totally awesome Heroes of Might and Magic. A close second Nival Interactive or Evil Islands: Curse of the Lost Soul and Heroes of Might and Magic 5. a Very close third Namco for games like Tekken 3-6 and the amazing Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, which is the most epic game I've ever played. The only game which gave me goosebumbs while playing it.
