I personally think NGP is already a great name for sony's next portable handheld

I think Sony is seriously considering naming it something besides PSP2, and certainly not keeping NGP since next generation in any product name is silly once it is current generation. It is guarenteed to have Playstation in the name, but what suceeding or preceeding words will be included is entirely unknown.

Though rumors have been circulating that its final name Playstation Vita, which is Italian for life. This does fit with the PSP2's new OS which features a social application called Live Area.

Ya I suppose, the 3ds is so recognizable, but why not psp2, it's like how sony works in a sence (ps, ps2 ps3...ps4) catch my drift?
