Handheld sales>>>> console sales.

 I believe the order is:

GB                                    / Handheld

PS2 (and climbing)           / Console

PS                                    / Console

GBA                                  / Handheld

DS (and climbing fast)      / Handheld

Nes                                  / Console

PS2 = or > GB in a few months so i don't see that much of a difference... Once again, u fail.

if Handheld >>>>>>>>> then Consoles

then why is

PS2/PSX >>>>>>>> DS/GB/GBA

(remember the Gameboy numbers include Gameboy color, which in my opinion should have been seperated because most of the people who bought them already a gameboy.) (there was also Gameboy Micro(or was it lite))

It was called, "Gameboy POCKET" I had one actually

The Game Boy Pocket was a Game Boy redesign.

The Game Boy micro was a Game Boy Advance redesign, I've got one actually, I've been playing Minish Cap on it for the past few days.

Top 3 favorite games: Super Mario Galaxy, The Sims 2 (PC), The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

I knew that from the beginning. The PSP's ports consisted of games we just had time to get sick of, but not time enough to get nastalgic over. What would have been a better game to port to the PSP, X-Men Legends II or Devil May Cry 1? Note this is not about the quality of the games themselves, but whether they would work on the PSP.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Fools. People are still saying there are different markets. NO there is one market. It's called the video game entertainment market, which has 3 classifications, PC, Handheld, and home console. But those classfications are separated by invisible lines. What's that mean? It measn they don't exist. It's all the exact same market.

or maybe the market is just changing...when people say their are different categories they mean hardcore casual and handhelds...

Record Breaking!!!!!According to Japan sales number authority M-Create. Nintendo DS just surpassed Sony Playstation 2 last week in install base number. It makes Nintendo DS just become the greatest sales console in the Japan console history!

We seem to talk about install base number = systems sold to consumers.

In that case vgchartz has been severely undertracking the DS!!! Or has the PS2 been overtracked? Wich is it? If we have to go with Vgchartz numbers DS is still 1.1 million behind the PS2!

 DS    21,162,670
 PS2    22,268,941

Poor PS3 Sales Means Smaller Losses

"Actually, because the number of units sold was not as high as we hoped, the loss was better than our original expectation," Quotes from Sony’s CFO Nobuyuki Oneda.

Hey Macross where did you get those numbers? Are those the M-Create numbers? That means PS2 is overtracked on this site compared to M-Create.
