Either way, what you're saying is that the term "exclusive" should be redefined, so when applied to videogames it actually means "exclusive to one platform". But why not just say that it's exclusive to one platform, rather than redefine the existing word? Surely redefining the word causes more confusion, which is why we're having this discussion in the first place.
