Near the end of that video, Kazuo says that a welcome back program will be detailed in the coming days. I'm guessing on top of the one month free PS+ and Identity Theft Protection, we will get at least 2 free games such as in Europe, or people will massively bitch that we aren't being treated the same.

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
