Forums - Sony - Ever wondered what Crash Bandicoot 1 would look like in HD? No, me either.

looks cool

Yea,the background looked good,but it just did'nt fit the game. It was kind of odd in my opinion.

Lol. The sad thing is that this version looks better than anything made by Activision after Naughty Dog.

UH crash, I cursed the day naughty dog sold you like a slave!

Crash was never owned by Naughty Dog, and was never "sold" to anyone. The license was owned by Universal Interactive Studios. (Later to be known as Vivendi Games) After ND was acquired by Sony, they hired other developers (Traveller's Tales, Vicarious Visions, etc.) for the job. UIS/Vivendi then merged with Activision, and that's how they got their greedy fingers on it.*

*Based on a vague recollection of reading something along the lines of that a few years ago. So shut your hole.

OT:

I'm feeling for some Crash now. I think I'll replay Cortex Strikes Back one o' these days.

I've seen this before and I had the same desire for ND to regain control of Crash and make a sweet new game on ps tripling.

I LOVE ICELAND!

Looks good, if he was smart he'd finish the game and send it into to Activision with a resume asking for a job. Actually sending a copy to Naughty Dog to see if they'd give him a job would be smart too. Look at the guy who made World Of StarCraft he was getting job offers shortly after he announced the product.

Of course giving the public a downloadable version of his creation would be awsome for us. But something tells me Activision wouldn't be to happy. But if they sent Activision a copy first they might be more inclined to give him a good job, or let it out to everyone and I have no doubt another developer or publisher would be itching to get their hands on him!

Yes, I realised that too late, it's actually meant to be "No?" Me Neither."

It's even sadder considering I'm such a gran-mar nazi ---> sad face.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

Boy does that gameplay look terrible.
