It's the President's correspondance dinner... he roasts and gets roasted, it's just a bit of humour.

It was a ballon that was supposed to spy on the Soviets that crashed during a test. The US government didn't do anything to stop the idea that it was a UFO because that distracted people from its real purpose, which could have lead to an international incident... Or so the story goes...

no mention of trump's hair? wtf? still funny, but you could have hit trump hard on the hair thing.

Yeah... in general actually, from what i've read the UFO conspiracy was an intentional conspiracy encouraged by the US government as a cover for multiple spying events on the USSR... and it worked!  Due to lots of USSR claims of UFOs rising that turned out to corespond with US Spy planes. 

From the sounds of various russian documents... they were in fact worried about aliens.

I thought it was funny by the way.  Though the Moon Landing part was a bit much.  2-Pac and Biggie is what sold it.

I still remember the "Tupac is wearing nikes that didn't come out until after his death" rumors.

I heard that Trump is an intemperate bloke, if that's the case then Obama is probably trying to get under his skin.

Interestingly, reports have Trump thinking Obama's jokes were pretty good.

However he disliked Seth Myers stuff.

Saw it all though as a sign about how much a threat he was that they had to turn it into a "Donald Trump Roast".
