And to think, people argued with this with me all the way to the bank.

ehh? you were getting money out already? excited for E3 then?

Nah, some fellow VGChartzers bet me this wouldn't happen, others just argued till they were blue in the face. Whenever a rumor has that much strength, it's probably not just a rumor.

Being right never gets old!

Lmao some people were bettin their lives that nintendo wouldnt be releasing a new console any time soon, but damn am I glad they were wrong!

Some info:

-Tentative release date of June 2012.
-Controller screen resolution of 800x500.
-Can play games, watch movies, and more without turning on the TV by just streaming them to the controllers. Can stream to multiple controllers at once.
-Each controller acts a terminal, with the console doing all of the calculations to reduce latency, controller cost, and bandwidth requirements.

So, we really going to have a huge ass controller?

Is the DS or 3DS "huge ass"?

Which of those has a six inch screen in addition to dual analog sticks and buttons?

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

When did Nintendo confirm any of this? All I've seen from them is "new system, 2012 release, wait for E3." Did I miss something?

Is anyone in the whole world surprised by this at all?

I am not at all surprised by this news, since we're getting an E3 reveal it makes me wonder if it would be possible for the N6 to be released before this fiscal year ends?

You guessed wrong. But then that has roughly zero to do with my post...
