I live in Las Vegas.  Even here, most the people hate Obama... they call him "Nobama".

and Harry Reid only survived because he had the backing of a number of prominent republcians, and over half the state thought sharon angle was a scientologist pushing insane person who wanted to make it so woman couldn't leave the house.

And still, Reid almost lost.  Though i guess that might be more of a testament to how worthless Harry Reid is.

Even in 2011 people are against interracial marriage, the South really needs to get with the times.

Though I don't think it has much to do with political parties. This is the first time since 1954(I believe) that the repubs have controlled both houses, and even in this district we chose to re-elect that useless Butterfield... Though we all love Burr so it's no surprise he was re-elected ^^.

Heck, Obama won our state. 

Really this is laughable this who racism thing: 

on one side you have the minorities (who in fact aren't minorities since people with white skin are outnumbered by people who have black and yellow and brown skin), and you have the white skin people constantly fighting each other over racism that the other groups use as an sheild against anything said against them while at the same time being racist to people with white skin. 

But on the poll 400 =/= equal the population of that state of the US. Same like the radical terrorist muslims (who i dont reguard as muslims when they miss follow there own reglion) =/= everyone who is muslim. 

What portion of that 46% were messing with the people giving the poll?

I haven't been part of that many polls, but when I'm asked something stupid I tend to give an equally stupid answer

Down here in Louisiana, we state without Mississippi we'd be last in everything haha.  If there is ever a rating of anything, LA is 49 and MS is 50.  Got to love them for that.

Living down in the deep south, doesn't really surprise me too much.  No one is going to deny down here that the old guard still exists.  But I'd say there are a lot more good people down here than ones like those.  I know everyone likes to say we are backwards down here but we really are nice people... lot nicer than those yankees haha.  The old guard is dying off and the south is becoming a lot more progressive in their social standards.  I would think if that poll was done 10 years ago it might have been over 60% so some progress.
