I get this too but it's not really 3D, text and borders on screen elements just look a little strange and elevated. The phenomenon is in your head. About half of what you see comes from the brain and not the eyes so after looking at the 3D screen for awhile your brain is enhancing (or trying at least) other images to match it. I am personally curious if the effect will completely go away after a few months with the 3DS or whether it will end up being permanent (or even happen more often since it's an occasional thing for me).

Also now. Iv noticed. 3D is getting easyer for my eye's to manage. at first it was straining them a little.

Its definitly changed the way i focus on screens.  

Its like my brain knows what a picture is supposed to look like in 3D .

nah thats the rod cell and the cone cell for. i believe it has nothing to do with your eyes it's the brain which has to adjust.

It happen to me after playing Ridge Racer 3D after a full day. That game has a huge 3D depth compared to all the other games i have.
