Man... what a poignant ending.

Yeah, because he is the only orphaned kid in all of gaming... And instead of accepting it and moving on like most bastard children do in games, he cries a river the whole game blaming all the wrong people. Yeah, really sad... |
Yeah because every single character people are feeling sorry for in this thread are unique in their struggle...
I am sorry I feel sorry for a 14 year old kid who saw his mum fall to her death and then having to cope with the emotion of genocide and his loyalty to his home which considers him a monster. In that situation I would cry a sea if I was 14.
Madison Paige- Heavy Rain, I felt bad that she was hardly ever happy in most of her endings, I felt most sorry for her out of all the characters in HR :/
John Marston- if you've completed Red Dead Redemption, you understand
I agree with darth.
Hope's reaction to his mother's death throughout FFXIII is more than justified and is actually toned down because he could have been far more sad/depressed and it would've still been justified.
Some people (in real life) are more destroyed than Hope was because of a simple love affair going wrong.
FFXIII happens on a timeline of 2 weeks. 2 weeks are not enough for one to mourn especially with all the stuff happening in these 2 weeks.
i pity the fool who was not gone when Kratos turned around the corner
“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

Mithos Yggdrasill/Presea Combatir from Tales of Symphonia: Anyone who played it (which unfortunately wasn't as many people as it should have been) knows why.
Mario: Having to save a stupid bitch who gets off on being kidnapped by a huge turtle and resulting in him having no time to be a plumber, which means he needs to smash his head into bricks to get money. He has to resort to doing drugs in order to survive since that way he can live when he gets hit by all those pesky bullet bills or he can throw a fireball at a piranha plant that is blocking the pipe to get to the next area. It's just such a hard life D:
Also Luigi: for getting the shaft in most Mario games and living in a run down house with ghosts in it.
Mario!
Poor guy's always getting pushed around. "Mario, go rescue the princess." "Mario, clean up the streets." "Congratulations, Mario, you're an astronaut now."
He never gets a say in anything.
Im dissapointed about the lack of previous gen characters. With that said
Dom from GOW. People cried when Maria died.</sarcasm>
On the reals Prince from Katamari Damacy. If anyone played any of these games, its pretty obvious why.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
