It somehow outsold Black Ops on the 360 this week and its about 500,000 up on Halo 3 so party time!

Here is one thing some people probably don't take in to consideration when posting those sales comparison charts.

Halo Reach has been available for download as a full game downlaod on xbox live for almost a month now. Despite that, its still outselling halo 3.

Month already?

I seem to recall Major Neilson announcement of Halo Reach on marketplace in beginning of march...but I could be wrong as I am close to 30 years old and sense of time is completely skewed at this point. Could have been released 2 days ago lol

Halo Reach has been cheaper then Call of Duty: Black Ops for month already.  Its still gonna be quiet a while before it will outsell Halo 3 even if its up 500K copies compared to Halo 3 during the same period. 

Out of curiosity I just checked gamestop and best buy for price and both halo reach and COD BO are 59.99. Where is it cheaper?

its cheaper at amazon and walmart where black ops is also cheaper. Mostly everywhere else both games are still full price at least in the united states.

Amazon has it for $39.99 I have also seen it in various sales adds for around the same price for the last couple of month.  I'm sure it will eventually pass Halo 3 but not by a lot its still a good feat though since it has to compete with a whole lot more top notch FPS then Halo 3 did.

You LIED to me, this has NOTHING to do with TOM CRUISE!  DAMN YOU!
